Mediator and Arbitrator Certification

Mary R. Hawk has been certified as a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator and a Certified Arbitrator. Her mediation and arbitration practice areas include business and contract litigation; real property litigation; homeowner and condominium owner disputes; will contests; and probate disputes. Ms. Hawk is a principal and shareholder with the law firm of Porges, Hamlin, Knowles, Prouty, Thompson & Najmy, PA with offices in Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch and Sarasota, Florida.
