Co-Author of FFIEC White Paper on Mortgage Fraud

Alan Faircloth, Regional Enforcement Counsel for the Office of Thrift Supervision, co-authored the 2009 FFIEC White Paper on Mortgage Fraud that was published on February 16, 2010.  The white paper defines various types of fraud, gives examples of how individuals commit fraud, provides a list of red flags, and outlines best practices.
