Joined Montgomery Kolodny as Of Counsel

Kym (Stout) Smiley joined Montgomery Kolodny in Denver, Colorado, as Of Counsel.  She will continue focusing on commercial, products liability and employment litigation.  Additionally, her practice will include insurance coverage issues as well as bad faith defense.  Kym currently resides in Lakewood, Colorado, with her husband Brian, and their three children, Katelynn (6), Lauren (5) and Trenton (1).
