Katherine Dudley Helms has been named the mangaing shareholder of the Columbia office of Ogletree Deakins, one of the largest labor and employment law firms representing management.

Georgia State University College of Law alum Katherine Dudley Helms has been named the mangaing shareholder of the Columbia office of Ogletree Deakins, one of the largest labor and employment law firms representing management. Helms focuses her nearly 30 year practice on representing employers in the full range of employment-related matters, with a particular emphasis on the health care industry. She has represented private and public sector employers in federal and state courts. Helms is a frequent speaker and provides training on a wide range of employment related issues including the Family and Medical Leave Act, Title VII, Americans with Disabilities Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, social media, retaliation, discipline, and hiring and terminations.
