Birth Announcement

Evan and his wife, Casey, welcomed the birth of their second child, Finnley ("Finn") Elton Hauser, on December 19, 2008. Evan, Casey, daughter Ayla (3), and Finn live in Knoxville, Tennessee.  Evan is with Mollenhour & Taylor and practices primarily in insurance defense, general torts liability defense and workers' compensation defense litigation. Evan is also outside asset recovery counsel for an East Tennessee credit union.
