Appointed by Governor Perdue as Hall County Solicitor-General

On December 9, 2008, Stephanie Woodard was appointed by Governor Sonny Perdue to the position of Solicitor-General for Hall County.  The Solicitors office prosecutes all misdemeanors, such as DUI, theft by shoplifiting, and domestic violence.  Ms. Woodard has previously prosecuted in City of Atlanta, DeKalb County, Carroll County, and Fulton County.  She will stand in the next general election in 2010.
