Appointed Chief Legal Counsel to TN Secretary of State Tre Hargett

On January 20, 2009, Mona Hart was appointed by Tennessee Secretary of State Tre Hargett to the position of Chief Legal Counsel.  Ms. Hart previously served as Secretary Hargett's Chief Public Policy Advisor during his term as Chairman of the Tennessee Regulatory Authority.
