Appointed to Serve as Magistrate

Tara Pennington Kinney has accepted an appointment to serve as a full-time magistrate judge in Camden County, Georgia for a four-year term, which began in January of 2009.  Tara, her husband, Stephen, and their daughters, Mary Grace and Elsie, relocated to Saint Marys, Georgia from the Atlanta area two years ago.  Camden County, home of Cumberland Island and Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay, has a population of almost 50,000 and is located at the southeasternmost corner of Georgia, bordered by the Atlantic Ocean to the west and the state of Florida to the south.
