Alumni and Development

Graduate Leadership Council

Dear Fellow Alumni:

I am honored to serve as this year’s president of the Graduate Leadership Council (GLC). The Graduate Leadership Council (GLC)—our alumni association—has begun the transformation to be a vehicle for alumni to stay connected to the College of Law and fellow classmates by providing information about the college and alumni, as well as hosting alumni events. Our goal is to build on the momentum of the past successes and provide more opportunities for our alumni to be involved. We will continue to use the Class Letter—e-mail newsletter—to keep you informed and hope to add quarterly alumni receptions to our current roster of alumni events. We will also continue to seek your help in mentoring current law students, assisting with resume reviews, and ensuring that their College of Law experience is a fulfilling one.

As alumni, we must continue to support the school both financially and by giving of our time. By doing so, we are all investing in the value of our degree by helping the College of Law build and maintain its outstanding reputation and standing within the legal community.

Thank you for helping our alma mater be the best law school in Georgia and one to watch in the National ranks. I look forward to working with you this year and seeing you at our next alumni and College of Law event.
